If you are not completely satisfied with your Texatelier product, we are happy for you to return it within 10 days and we will refund the cost of the article.
We undertake, as part of what we charge for shipping and handling, to carefully pack and properly seal all items in protective packaging – If the goods are damaged in transit that is an issue to take up with the carrier – insured postage can be arranged if you wish to spend the extra. We will obtain an official ‘proof-of-postage’ in all cases.
Should any Texatelier item fail within 6 months of purchase and under the conditions of ordinary use, we will repair or replace the item.
With regard to Course fees:
To secure a place on any of our courses we ask for a 25% deposit.
Full course fee balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to course commencement.
It is advised that you make your booking as early as possible as places on the courses are strictly limited.
Any bookings made within 6 weeks of the course commencing must be paid in full.
The booking of a place is regarded as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All cancellations must be made in writing and take effect from the date we receive such notice.
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances:- In the event of cancellation course fees will be refunded minus the deposit /reservation fee (normally 25%, which is non-refundable), only up to 35 days before the event, thereafter cancellation charges are applied according to the amount of notice we receive as follows:
35 days or more deposit
15 to 34 days 50% of course fee
0 to 14 days 100% of course fee
